ClipForge provides an AI-powered platform for video creators to automatically edit, caption, and repurpose long-form video content into short-form clips tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the videos, images, and text you upload to ClipForge ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and analyze your User Content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or process content that:

  • Violates or infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Contains explicit, pornographic, or highly sensitive material.

Our Intellectual Property

The ClipForge platform, including its original code, AI models, algorithms, UI/UX, and branding, is the exclusive property of ClipForge and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium Services"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. Subsequent recurring charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Usage Limits: Subscriptions are subject to processing minute limits as outlined on our pricing page.

6. Fair Use & API Limits

ClipForge is intended for standard content creation workflows. Using automated scripts or bots to spam the Service, attempting to bypass processing limits, or using the Service to build a competing product will result in immediate termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While our AI strives for high accuracy in transcription and editing, we do not guarantee that the generated clips will be completely flawless or perfectly aligned with your artistic vision. It is your responsibility to review all generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClipForge, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
